Description of the program being rehearsed:

Mendelssohn’s The Hebrides Overture invites listeners to this program of lively and colorful works. The excitement continues as internationally recognized pianist Ingrid Fliter makes her long overdue SPCO debut with a performance of Beethoven’s captivating Second Piano Concerto. The program concludes with Strauss’s Suite from Le Bourgeois gentilhomme under the skillful direction of Artistic Partner Edo de Waart, one of the most prominent Strauss interpreters of our time.

Specific works and artists involved in the rehearsal are to be determined.
