From the north
Take Cedar Ave (Hwy. 77) South (past Mall of America) and into Apple Valley. Exit onto County Rd. 38, following the brown and white "Zoo" signs. Head east on County Rd. 38 for 1 mile (you will cross back over Cedar). Go past the zoo entrance to the stop lights at Johnny Cake Ridge Rd. Turn left onto Johnny Cake. The church is on your immediate right.
From the northeast
Go South on Interstate 35E and exit at Cliff Rd. Turn east (left) onto Cliff Rd. Go 1/2 mile to 3rd stop light at the intersection of Johnny Cake Ridge Rd. Turn right (south) and go 1 1/2 miles. There will be 2 large churches on your left, Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church is the second church. If you come to a stop sign (County Rd. 38) you've gone too far.
From the south
Take Cedar Ave (Hwy. 77) North to County Rd. 38/McAndrews Rd. Turn left (east) and go 1 mile. Go past the zoo entrance to the stop lights at Johnny Cake Ridge Rd. Turn left onto Johnny Cake. The church is on your immediate right
From the west
Take County Rd. 38 (also know as McAndrews) east toward Apple Valley. Go across Galaxie Ave. to the next intersection of Johnny Cake Ridge Rd. Turn left onto Johnny Cake. The church is on your immediate right.
From the southeast
Take Highway 3 to County Rd. 38 (watch closely for signs). Turn left (west) and proceed to Johnny Cake Ridge Rd. Turn right onto Johnny Cake. The church is on your immediate right.
Mobility Impaired Services
Parking: Handicapped spaces are available near the door in the parking lot off of Fairgreen Avenue.
Elevators: Shepherd of the Valley is a single level venue, so there are no elevators.
Wheelchair Seating: There is wheelchair accessible seating at the end of pew rows. The angle of the pews in each section allows for ease in putting wheelchairs at the ends.
Larger scooters would best be located in the front or back where chairs can be removed to accommodate them best. Please indicate any special needs when ordering tickets, and refer to the available wheelchair seating options below when ordering tickets:
• Scale 1: A 404 and B 305 (Moveable chairs)
• Scale 2: R 314 and S 315 (Moveable chairs)
Accessible Restrooms: Restrooms are located to the left as you come in the main doors.
Hearing/Visually Impaired Services
Programs: Large print programs are available at all performances upon request and Braille programs are available with one month advance notice from the date of the concert.
