From the north
From the north on I-35W take the U of M West Bank/Washington Ave. exit. Turn left on Washington Ave., which veers to the right into Cedar Ave. From Cedar, turn left on Riverside Ave., and left again onto 20th Ave. South. Turn right onto 4th St.
From the south
From the south on I-35W take the U of M West Bank exit. Turn right on Washington Ave., which veers to the right into Cedar Ave. From Cedar turn left on Riverside Ave., and left again onto 20th Ave. South. Turn right onto 4th St.
From the west
From the west on I-94 take the Riverside Ave. exit. Turn left on 25th Ave., then left on Riverside Ave. Take Riverside to 21st Ave. South and turn right. Turn left onto 21st Ave. parking ramp.
From the east
From the east on I-94 take the Riverside Ave. exit. Turn right on Riverside Ave. Take Riverside to 21st Ave. South and turn right. Turn left onto 21st Ave. parking ramp.

Walking Directions from the 21st Avenue Ramp
A second entrance is now available for SPCO concerts at Ted Mann Concert Hall, which will allow you to avoid walking down the hill.
From the Northeast corner of the 21st Avenue Ramp, cross Fourth Street South and head toward Ted Mann Concert Hall. Follow the signs for Ferguson Hall turning left at the gray concrete and glass kiosk at the top of the hill. You will pass between Rarig Center and Ferguson Hall for a short distance and come to the main lobby doors of the Music School. Enter Ferguson Hall and cross the lobby, exiting out the opposite doors onto the plaza. A path will take you directly across the plaza to the Tier One Right external doors of Ted Mann Concert Hall.
Mobility Accommodations
Parking: There are limited accessible spaces available just outside of the front doors. There is curbside drop-off available, and paid parking in 21st avenue ramp as well as street parking and surface lot at 19th avenue and 3rd street. Elevators: The elevator is to the left from the main entrance, and accesses both tiers.
Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available. Please indicate any accommodation needed when ordering tickets through our Ticket Office. You may also refer to the available accessible seating marked on our seating map when purchasing tickets online.
Accessible Restrooms: Accessible restrooms can be found on the right side of the concert Hall on levels 1 and 2 – from the main entrance, continue straight to end of lobby and then take a left.
Hearing/Vision Accommodations
Programs: Large print programs are available at all performances upon request and Braille programs are available with one month advance notice from the date of the concert.
Listening Devices: Infra-red hearing devices are available
Audio Description: Available by request when made at least one month prior to the performance
