As Chief Community Value Officer, Erin Jude works to ensure that The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra is consistently delivering on its mission to provide all people in the Twin Cities community with opportunities to connect with the music the SPCO performs. Her work to build authentic partnerships and foster genuine community-based relationships embodies the SPCO’s commitment to access and inclusion.
Jude oversees the SPCO’s neighborhood partnerships in North Minneapolis and on Saint Paul’s West Side, community viewing use of the SPCO’s free online Concert Library, the CONNECT music education program - serving over 3,000 Minneapolis and Saint Paul public elementary school students annually, partnership with the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies (GTCYS) and the Free Family Music Series. In addition to partnership and program oversight, Jude guides the institution’s annual strategic imperative process and provides leadership for the SPCO’s Board’s Planning Task Force, Community Value Committee and DEI Task Force. In 2018 she led the organization-wide process for rearticulating the SPCO mission statement to better convey the organization’s commitment to community and inclusion.
Jude joined the SPCO in 2005, serving as the Grant Manager for three years before transitioning to a new role producing the SPCO’s Education and Community Engagement programs in 2008. Jude’s prior experience includes various artistic and administrative roles within The St. John’s Boys’ Choir in Collegeville, Minnesota. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Business Management and Vocal Music Performance from the College of Saint Benedict in conjunction with Saint John’s University. Jude resides in Saint Paul Minnesota with her husband and two daughters.
