A native of Virginia, Kai Rocke has recently joined the Minnesota Orchestra as a Rosemary and David Good Fellow. A graduate of the New England Conservatory and more recently, Rice University, Rocke has performed in numerous ensembles including the New Bedford Symphony, Atlantic Symphony, Shreveport Symphony, Boston Philharmonic and others. He has attended various music festivals including the Spoleto Music Festival USA, Music Academy of the West and National Symphony Orchestra’s Summer Music Institute. Rocke is an avid chamber musician having performed in both the Boston and Houston areas with various groups. In his spare time he enjoys, long walks, spending time with friends and family, cooking and reading.
