Kevin Haseltine

Kevin Haseltine is a fellow at the New World Symphony in Miami. He recently won the position of Fourth Horn with the Dallas Symphony, where he plans to start in September, 2015. Prior to that, Mr Haseltine’s upcoming professional engagements include performing with the Dallas Symphony and the Boston Symphony in 2015, including a European tour with the Boston Symphony in the summer of 2015. He has also frequently performed with the Chicago Symphony, where he has had the privilege to work with such esteemed conductors as Riccardo Muti, Charles Dutoit, and Christoph von Dohnányi. Over the past couple of years, Mr Haseltine attended several music festivals, including the Tanglewood Music Center, National Orchestral Institute, and New York String Orchestra Seminar. He graduated with a Bachelor of Music from Northwestern University in 2014, where he studied with renowned horn player and brass pedagogue Gail Williams, and Jon Boen, the principal horn of the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
