Timothy Schadt, a native of Cumberland, MD, has been working as a freelance trumpet player in New York City for more than 30 years, having first served with the 26th U.S. Army Band in Brooklyn and attended Mannes College of Music.

Tim enjoys a diverse career performing orchestral, choral and chamber music as well as musical theater. Broadway credits include A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder, Ragtime, The Story of My Life, A Tale of Two Cities, Les Misérables, The Threepenny Opera, Fiddler on the Roof and Nine. He has also played for many original and revival Broadway & Off-Broadway cast albums. Additionally, Tim performs frequently with Encores at City Center, Manhattan Concert Productions, American Ballet Theater Orchestra, Radio City Music Hall Orchestra, Stamford Symphony Orchestra and Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic. He also occasionally performs with the American Symphony Orchestra, Opera Orchestra of New York and the Orchestra of St. Luke’s.
